Using tobacco can also cause dizziness and headaches. Tobacco can also affect your mouth. Tobacco stains your teeth and gives you bad breath. Tobacco can also ruin most of your taste buds. When you smoke tobacco it can cause less blood and oxygen flows to your muscles. This means that your bones will hurt more when you exercise and play sports.
