Culinary Arts
Ever since I was a child I always had a passion for cooking and baking. I think that a chefs duties are something to look forward to. Things such as crating menus and deciding what they want to cook. I think that culinary school is a positive thing for me because it gives me a chance to be creative. I get to be creative when serving my dishes to my customers. I think that people eat with their eyes first. To me presenting the dish is a really big part to the dish. The taste is also very important because that is what the customer wants to enjoy the most. I want to be able to have my own business. A business where even my workers will have the same creativity that I have. Its not only the creativity, its also the passion for this carer. I am excited and looking forward to having a nice family owned business. I think that building a business is a good ting because your family will pass it down for generations and your restaurant and or bakery will last a long time.
