Barbara A. Lewis
- Telling the truth lets everyone know what really happened. There's less chance of misunderstanding, confusion, or conflict.
- Telling the truth protect innocent people from being blamed or punished.
- Telling the truth allows everyone to learn from what happened.
- You usually get into less trouble for telling the truth other than for lying and getting caught
- Other people trust you more when you tell the truth.
- You don't have to tell and remember more lies to keep your story straight.
- You gain a reputation for being truthful a trait most people value.
- Telling the truth helps you to feel secure and peaceful inside.
These 8 reasons to tell the truth is something everyone should use in their everyday life to become a better person. With these reasons the world would be a better palace if everyone were to follow them. It really isn't that hard but people get overpowered by the bad spirits and they go out into the world to make destruction. Everyone knows what's right and what's wrong.. There's is really no excuse to be untruthful to strangers or even people close to you. If you are untruthful it can hurt someone and they will be the ones paying the consequences. It isn't god to blame someone for something that they didn't do. If you did something bad you have to go through the consequences whether it's harsh.Since you had the dishonesty of blaming someone else you really shouldn't be peaceful. After all that innocent person is paying the price for what you did and that isn't fair.
