Restaurant owner
Duties and responsibilities: Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales, check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash, organised marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes, meet and greet customers, organised table reservations and offer advice about menu and wine choices, respond to customer queries and complaints
Salary: $49,554 annually
Education: business or management HND, Hotel and catering HND, and Hospitality management HND
Reflection: I would want to be a restaurant owner because they get to be in control of everything in the kitchen and id love to do that in my own restraunt. I have a passion with cooking and id love to hire my own chefs to make my restraunt a success.
